@govpritzker.illinois.gov, my IL state estimated tax check (along with one for the IRS) has been sitting in the Carol Stream Postal Distribution Center for 11 days now. Is there anything you can do to free up this bottleneck so Illinois can get its money?

Not so charitable these days. I first posted this seven years ago, after reading it in a Vanity Fair article by Jon Meacham. Let them save face, I thought! I vastly underestimated how slippery people can be. Will there ever be consequences???
