Great couple of days at the #uxlibs conference in Liverpool. Such a welcoming, inclusive event. Enjoyed presenting the UX work we’ve been doing at Leeds Beckett Library and hearing about all the other great projects taking place around the UK & internationally.

Thought-provoking day at SCONUL’s Spring Conference ‘The Library and Digital Transformation’ - disruptive ideas and models debated which could bring big changes to outdated HE systems/tech structures and refocus on our key values/core activities - research, learning & impact

Today I visited the University of Northampton to see their flipped model of student space - integrating libraries, teaching spaces, varied learning spaces, social spaces and refreshments areas. It was busy, buzzing and full of energy. I loved it! #studyspacestudyplace #phdlife
