My complete disinterest in peer pressure.

Suddenly everything made sense. It explained why I was asked stupid questions like, “Why can’t you be like your sister?” And “Why don’t you have any friends?” I finally had an answer.

The reason I shared it is because I know that so many people are feeling this. And at this time of year it helps to know that you are not the only one. This is an extremely frustrating time we are living in.

I first heard the word “autism” when I was 45. It was a story about the son of Sylvester Stallone. And I KNEW. My immediate response was, “That’s me!” That was 22 years ago. It was confusing at first. Then massive relief.

I wish that employees everywhere would not be permitted to use cologne in public places.
