Pakistan calling a meeting of the Nuclear Command Authority - the top body that oversees its nuclear arsenal - is irresponsible and dangerous.

Even though it might just be signaling - its one that raises stakes of the conflict.

If the U.S. wants arms control negotiations with Russia & China it can't be spreading ballistic missiles.

I was at the JFK Library and Archives last December. They have some of the most supportive staff doing fantastic work - declassifying material and helping scholars with their research the world over. I hope that the library opens back up soon.
