Real journalists and editors should know the difference between war and a conflict. What's the point in "professional" journalism if editors don't even correct the most obvious mistakes in the headlines any more?

Terrorismus impliziert meist Einzeltaten einer schwächeren Gruppe. Russland führt einen Eroberungsfeldzug, da gehört es historisch gesehen auch dazu dass gebrandschatzt wird und Städte bis auf ihre Grundmauern nieder gebrannt werden. Den Krieg bei dem Zivilisten unbeschadet zuschauen gab es nie.

The problem with many people is that in their minds a war zone has to look like WWII Dresden or Bachmut. An isolated attack without carpet bombing nearby cities is then perceived as terrorist attack.

North Korea has less than 30 million people but is a "big nuclear nation". I think the message to everyone considering getting nukes is clear.

In the end if Trump finishes off Iranian weapons industry, it could help Ukraine more than the direct aid from Biden which came with lot of restrictions.
