They actually don't think about that or much at all. Their idea of politics is primitive "us vs. them" mentality. & the Clintons were demonized as major symbols of what "them" represents. The voting part doesn't matter, he represents this ridiculously simplistic characterization of the other side.

Bernie and AOC should correctly be called social democrats, which is the Nordic model. "Socialism" is a sloppy term that is often misused, even by those claiming it for themselves.
