3/3 I don’t know what this person needs for help, but I hope he gets it. My fear is as a society we don’t actually have enough access to be able to help. I also don’t love that for some: the takeaway here will be that people who need help reject it. 🥲

2/3 He was yelling about how I wouldn’t help him. I called after him “Are you really leaving $2?”. I obviously went on with my day, but this was tough for a few reasons: 1) This person was rejecting help, but I am not a mental health professional with the right skills to help.
