Dismissed without Prejudice though! Which means that sometime in the future (after 2.0 term is over) the charges could be brought again. Versus if the cases had continued, t could just have used his office to squash. Under the circumstances, Jack Smith did the best thing he could do.

I don’t recall a sea otter floating in a sea of stars design from back then, but there were certainly plenty of cute designs with floating otters. You probably didn’t make it up.
