I'm accepting the facts as given thats all. The court can decide if hes innocent or not but as it stands he admitted to having CP in his possession so I have no reason to doubt a confession. I dont know him this is my first exposure to him lol rose doesnt have to testify. Posesing CP is illegal full stop. Dunno who Josh Moon is or what your on about. He admitted in an interview with willymacshow that he still had those videos and she was 17 when they where recorded. That makes them CP.

the case isn't over he hasn't won anything yet. He prob will cause she has no idea what shes doing and looks ridiculous but I'm less interested in who wins and more in interested in the fallout from the case discovery. Like how he sent the video a girl who was a minor at the time.
