This isn't how international law works, btw. There certainly are things which are justified in a defensive war and not in an aggressive war, but countries are responsible for their own actions and cannot commit war crimes in self-defense. (Which this wasn't, to be clear.)

It's wild how Colorado Democrats are insisting on challenging the part of TABOR which is good (it creates more direct democracy) instead of the part that's bad (it puts hard limits on spending even if voters approve of that spending).
