I can write them on paper, but neither I, at 42, nor my 35 year old girlfriend have any knowledge of making a PDF. I honestly wish I knew someone who could help me do such things as create and upload PDFs. Never owned a computer. I have a phone & tablet. She has a laptop but it's very old.
