For me it will always be Lost Souls first and then the rest. That book was a revelation to my little teenage self.

I'm hesitant to point this out because it just confirms that I'm too deep into this show, but the part of Prague where most of the scenes were shot is called Kinský Garden, it's very close to Petřín, but not a part of it. And two of the posted photos are from very different place - Průhonice Park.
