SNAP is being restored through this new bill and given an increase, along with other programs. The administration was in court today still trying to take it away but this new agreement is restoring for a year. @lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com explained it on his show tonight, worth watching.

They were always going after healthcare, they just thought that it wouldn’t catch up to them until after the midterms.

That clause was tucked away in their big bogus bill but due to this shutdown showdown, it came to light that much sooner. Sometimes, you have no other game but the long game.
