How does one know if Jupiter or Neptune is the ruler of a Pisces ascendant? I always thought mine was Jupiter but the more I learn about Neptune the more it feels dominant…. 😶‍🌫️ can the rulers take turns? I’d love for Jupiter to step up lol 🤷‍♀️
