They got justice for Charles Vallow and ensured that another murderer Mommy will not be getting out of prison ever! One more to go and she is out of the spotlight. Watching justice prevail is very validating when you had parents that almost killed you.

When you grow up in an abusive household, explaining everything is a survival skill. As adults, it's very hard to get rid of this skill when it's no longer needed. Please remember, you don't owe anyone an explanation about who you are. #EstrangedAdultKids #DearCrappyMom

You will always know who your real friends and family are. They don't judge, they don't bite back at you when you are triggered and lashing out to keep yourself safe, they just stay and understand. They know you don't mean it and you will apologize. They give you Grace and love.
