Completed the Guelph Christmas Bird Count yesterday. Our team had a great day despite it being quite cool (-10). We did locate 32 species of birds (approximately 61 in the whole circle count). Great day #christmasbircount

I was honoured last night with the presentation of the Scott Beemer Nature Award by Nature Guelph at their AGM. Apparently I was awarded it due to my work with our Bird Wing group and my puns. I am truly humbled by this award. Thanks to those who nominated me.
