I'm taking things day by day grief wise...I'll have days where my mood is actually pretty good and you'll never know what is going on but then there are days where I just feel so down and low, or my mood is up and down like a rollercoaster and changes in the blink of an eye...

It has made me realise that I needed to get out of the world of recruitment as it was just getting me down (I never technically applied for the new job as it was all pretty much done via LinkedIn) and also that I need to be much more open with my emotions as I'm notoriously bad and a bottler!!

Got made redundant from my job in March, my Dad unexpectedly passed away at the end of April, tried twice to start a new job and had to leave in the second week so now I'm job hunting once more and think I'm going to be referred for counselling to deal with everything life has thrown at me!!
