Sadly I doubt it will amount to anything. Zuck is working to appease Trump so if some employees are unhappy and even leave he will accept it for his bigger goal of currying favor.

C-Suite logic will say that fuel and server build outs don’t require healthcare, PTO or downtime. They have convinced themselves that the work can be done with less people if they just keep investing more capital. It doesn’t matter if the work is as good as a person doing it.
