A lot of MAGA voters are going to endure a lot of pain first-hand, and unfortunately pain is the only teacher they understand. Like you said, it's their childhood upbringing, and until that is deconstructed, pain remains the only teacher that gets through to MAGA. MAGA only thinks after it HURTS.
