Delicious, incredible, amazing smoke, I really did that. But just smoke a regular pork butt/shoulder. Too expensive for such a low meat yield. 4ppl no leftovers

So far I cleaned it up, trimming extra fat, silver skin, I had to cut out an organ 🤢. Salt, pepper, garlic and a BBQ rub.
Next I'm gonna inject it with a mix of apple cider vinegar, apple juice, worstwordintheworld sauce, and my seasoning blend
