For me they have to feel like action points for my users.
If they don't look interactive then I would have to adjust them.
They should also be fairly seamless with the rest of the content. They need to look like they belong with the other elements but still respect the above point

The question for me is Do you want Ai to find your site / content as they typically strip your brand and only pull the data. How does this impact peoples revenue etc.

You should try Obsidian, I keep the bugs I write in code very entertained by the volume of plans I never read again.

I've seen plenty of bad decisions 😁 but the idea came from people trying their best but not integrating their experience with data driven decision making.
