Earlier this year I released what is essentially a pilot version of a feature length script I’ve written.
It’s heavily inspired by Reservoir Dogs, Michael Mann flicks, Lost, Donnie Darko and Metal Gear Solid.

It’s so fucking cool to watch a movie that genuinely surprises you.
With Barbarian Cregger proved that he’s a master at mixing genres and tonality, but with #Weapons he cemented it.
It also features some the best performances of the year and some instantly iconic images.

#TheNakedGun is the best comedy in a decade!

Ich hatte heute eine Stunde Zeit, um vor dem Ankommen des letzten Zugs die Vorlage für Silent Hill f, Hida-kanayama, in kompletter Einsamkeit bei Dunkelheit & Regen zu erforschen. Zu einigen der ikonischsten "Kinkotsu Alleyways" schaffte ich es nicht mehr, aber trotzdem, was für eine tolle Erfahrung

I still love the meta commentary on the 1st film & the critique of its fanbase. The musical numbers worked better on this rewatch. I got now what Phillips was going for, although I still wish that the fantastical ones, were flashier & more energetic.
