The amount of information that is required from guarantors for student letting agents is ridiculous. Bank statements, house deed/mortgage statement, utility bill, passport/driving license photograph, reference from employer, inside leg measurement, and so on. I'm sure it is getting worse.

So far the exercise regime is working out; gym on Mon, Wed and Fri, and swim on Tue, Thu and Sat. Average heartbeat is down 20bpm when running 5K on treadmill. Am gradually losing weight. I feel a lot fitter for this.

Very true. Even in Manchester we had great difficulty booking a test around our youngest’s university breaks. He ended up coming home for the day for it. This was months after he was told he was ready to take it. Thankfully he passed first time. It wasn’t this bad for my other kids.
