I usually don't see clients this close to Christmas but several do have free time to text. Some of my body work clients (more than massage) have very inventive imaginations and I find myself having two or more conversations at a time about the next visit, fantasies and requests.

Last week.went to dinner with friends on Grand Avenue in St Louis. Been ages since visiting the Tower Grove area, walking down the street seeing all the shops and restaurants- many new to me. It was fucking freezing but great to visit my old neighborhood from way way back.

Listening to Watts The Safepod with Pup Amp and Sampson Nightly and in twenty minutes they mention three of my all time favorite shows: Bee and Puppycat, Steven Universe and callout to the incomparable Ice Bear.
As if I didn't already love these guys. And Ice Bear.

Over the years I've noticed that when the weather starts to change my phone starts going off with clients. Memorably back when the region was hit with eight inches of snow in two days and I couldn't even see my driveway much less the road and guys would contact me asking for an outcall.

I borrowed a VHS player to check a bunch of tapes found in a box. I'll run each movie through all the way - which is not how these particular videos were usually viewed - to make sure the tapes are in good shape. I'm going to sell them on Ebay, like the magazines. Then discover Ebay doesn't allow

When things are slow business-wise I check out the local listings on RentMasseur site. There's the familiar local faces but this morning quite a few new guys. Looking at the new profiles I see a lot of "Visiting St Louis" with the dates. At first I thought a crowd of bodyworkers were converging

Shipped a copy of Colt Studio's Olympus magazine (from the 80's) to a buyer in Indianapolis. Sent from St Louis. Tracking shows it's currently being moved around in Washington state. The USPS lady seemed perplexed as well. Address is correct. It's just taking a little tour of the country.

Before travelling to a city/choosing a stopping point on a trip, I check RentMasseur and the sites to see many guys are advertising there, if there's any business. That's how I started staying in Chattanooga, TN, when driving to Florida instead of Nashville - which is full of service providers.

Business was slow in the sensual massage trade over March and April. Not sure what happened but from what I heard (from one other service provider) it was happening all over. But since then things have picked up big time. Thankfully. Meeting a lot of new business travellers as well as locals.
