This morning we have a cortado, and a flat white with my first proper latte art. Quite pleased with that.

This morning was 18.5 g of The Wall coffee roasters Ethiopia Benti Nenka Guji in and 60 g of espresso out, with 0.5 l of Califa Farms Oat Barista Blend foamed, and a good squirt of Gay Lea Coconut Whipped Topping. Oh, and a mini Aero grated over top. Bloody lovely.
