I am one of the recipients. As a child family grew up poor, and I have disability. I am currently working part time job and cannot afford health insurance out of pocket for my child. If it were, that’s more than my monthly paystubs. Nevermind roof, clothes and food we need to survive.

Owning a gun is expensive as hell and long process before you can get one. Bat, gloves and balls in car, just in case. I have a fishing knife, and multi toolset also. Heavy cast iron.

I’m not strong either. I have lot of limitations but I would try find a way. Had a friend wrestling me all the time. I had enough, because I was in pain a lot due to autoimmune. So I put her in chokehold and she stop doing that since. 🤣
