If enough females wanted to perform a certain job then there'd be a lot of females doing it. Putting people in position because of identity rather than merit and quality of work is just bad practice. Poor white people get treated just as bad as all the other poor people and all that.

DEI is discrimination. Discrimination has to be dealt with on a case by case basis. If I'm the best at something and have earned a title but I don't get it because I'm white and a minority wants the same title but isn't the best, they get it for DEI then I've been discriminated against.

Every state and county is unique and has its own way of doing things as well. Generalization is counter productive. People are unique, towns are unique, Walmarts are organized differently in different places. Hell you gotta learn a community before you can change it.

It depends on where you're at. And it's not just white. Some places it's the Italian Americans that are Catholic. Some towns it's English Americans that are methodists then you know Utah they're all Mormon. But if you want to start a revolution you can't do it as a minority u gotta unite a majority

Communism and fascism are pretty much the same thing. Conservatives are not fascists. A lot of Republicans and Democrats are fascists yes but Conservatism is different than the Republican Party. Not all conservatives are Republicans. Technocracy is fascism. Eugenics is fascism.

It depends on the Christian and the denomination they're are individuals. I'ma Christian and I'm not big on the old testament and in being a Christian I know I have no right to judge anyone's choices but I can have my opinions. I'm not going to treat someone badly because they make different choices

You would think if a local govt wants to do something for business growth they'd just ask the businesses what would help them and cut some red tape and let things take course. Yeah the county seat where I live is a liberal community arts town and they start these public initiatives for tourism or industry and hire a bunch of people pay em a lot of money and they just compete for importance and credit for things and cost the city money and create barriers.
