i read some article recently about a new phenomenon of companies hiring people responsible for fixing ai mess.
i hear you, of course no one have to know ai tricks before calling any call centre, all those chat bots should be banned imho.
but you know - capitalism, cutting costs.

i like their summarising and coding skills to be honest.
i know what i'm doing, so i can manage fixing silly errors myself without yelling HUMAN :)

what i know is that i've been reading their articles for years and most of their content have strong confirmation from other sources. beside that i agree with lots what they write.
