I'm obsessed with dead malls. this account will be a space where I do little threads on dead and dying malls. I intend to research each mall I post about and include pictures taken over the years. I'll always include links to sources and credit photographers!

not a full thread but found something semi-interesting while researching Metrocenter. found a 1999 of the landing page on metrocentermall.com
Westcor had info about all their malls and there were links to other mall sites in a sidebar.

I may be a little loose with the tenant rule! for example, there's a mall nearby me missing an anchor! but a sizeable portion of the retail space is leased by a church.
And while we're here I'll say a little bit about the mall I've selected for my profile pic. (header pic will be a later thread!)
Both of these are what I'd classify as dead malls (either entirely repurposed, demolished, abandoned, or less than half the original tenants)
