I thought this one would match or exceed it. The Force felt fresh and exciting in Shadow. I feel like this book was published ~just because, and they knew the Vader influence would sell. I wish authors had more freedom to be wild, it’s becoming redundant :(

walking through a ‘Vader discovers dark side thing, eventually sees the same Obiwan/Ahsoka/Padmé vision’. The whole thing is disappointing because it’s yet another story of the same thing the 2017 Vader comic +other media has done over and over. After the brilliant Shadow of the Sith book -
