It's been a few days so we're trying to let them "play" together (and by play, I mean alber plays and Cosmo is very weary of him but still goes toward him and he goes away as soon as she makes angry noises, which *seems* to be going well)

And before I get a "erm, you probably messed up the configuration" message, this was a clean debian install with kde plasma and no settings tweaked.
That's the sad and unfortunate reason why I still cannot recommend a full switch to linux in 2025

Still can't believe "KDE plasma sometimes doesn't wake from sleep which basically launches a hard drive russian roulette" is a real thing that happened to me
