New Hui Fen of Singapore defeated fellow national teammate, Cherie Tan, 233-206, to win the Professional Women’s Bowling Association BowlTV Open at Yorktown Lanes in Parma Heights, Ohio. In a rematch from last year’s BowlTV Classic title match where Tan won, it was New who came out on top this time to earn her third career PWBA title. But getting revenge wasn’t on New’s mind at any point during the run to the title.
