OK well of course there are always good experiences. I got to learn alot on my own and get exposed to projects. I can feel a little personal growth. But you can do this anywhere else lol. Ganba me, find somewhere else bah.

-Overall, not a healthy working environment.
-This is personal but I find it really difficult to vibe and socialize with the department's clique. It tires me out very quickly and I bolted out of the group after a few months to have lunch alone. This is to prioritize my energy and mental health.

-wind of it. Not the first time they fail to inform people. It's always a jumpscare.
-Alot of rude older gen people bullying younger employees
-Company politics
-Xenophobia and Racism
-People can be toxic. They are also not open to a different opinion.
