My chest and triceps are toast. Bring on the Back and arms tomorrow.

Then the dreaded legs......

Even though I had the lowest of lows and even some really good highs I am super grateful to my community for always being supportive.

This year was really tough for myself and my old man. But if he didn't give me the push I wouldn't be here today doing what I enjoy.
