Could you initiate a class action lawsuit on behalf of the American people who have suffered due to the destruction occurring at the White House?

Bork was turned down by a bi-partisan vote. He was an anathema to civil rights, voting rights, contraception, and marriage equality. It's amazing that someone as equanimous as he would be refused.
