Now as I'm reaching the later years of my career, I can see that the big players in tech just became the next generation of military industrial complex players ... fear and death are profitable.

As I moved into my adult years I felt like technology might be somehow cleaner, freer, better ... tech was whimsical when I worked for eBay, Google, Yahoo ... tech was liberating, connecting, empowering!
