I found QT’s view way too cynical, and frankly, inconsistent of Superman’s ideals. He is a Jesus figure— “man and god” sent to save the world.

Awesome video. However, I disagree with QT’s view on Superman. Clark Kent wasn’t a critique on humankind, but rather, a reminder of whom SM was meant to protect. Putting himself into this character reminded him daily his mission: to protect the weak.
