Having tried to ski without an ACL it's very much an all or nothing proposition. It's also a crash that screams ligaments too...

I wouldn't usually endorse this but last Friday a colleague and I went and got pissed.* We are the only people in our department smiling today, everyone else is miserable. A bit of us time to whine and realise we aren't alone really helped!
