Arrowroot powder is now sold in most grocery stores, usually under the brand Bob's Red Mill. It has a tendency not to clump like cornstarch has. Not stir any the coconut aminos, but Bragg's liquid aminos (again, grocery store in the salad dressing aisle) is a great sub for soy sauce or tamari.
