I may agree that we need a policy response, but i will never understand why the Right doesn’t “seethe” for a response when children are gunned down in schools.

And there it is. Trump’s buffoonish tariff policy hurts US consumers through higher prices. It hurts US farmers through lower exports. Now he wants a $13 billion bail out for big agriculture - guess who pays for that? Taxpayers/consumers. No wonder he bankrupted a casino.
