Another three lbs down this week and my best running distance since starting back. Went out absolutely fuming so that probably fueled the fire. Give me my weekend asap ✊

Definitely feeling it but found my stride and favourite new loop up the Law Hill. Will feel it tomorrow! ✊

WEEK ONE OF THE COMEBACK PT 2

Four pounds down. Proud of that elevation gain on today's run. New trainers dain the job! ✊

DAY 1 ONE OF THE COMEBACK PT 2.

First run since the start of December. Featuring new trainers which certainly made the run more uncomfortable. These may be best for walking as they felt VERY heavy on the concrete. Didn't stop though but I'll be SORE tomorrow.

NO PAIN NO GAIN THOUGH.
