Thanks! Not fast, and I do a physio walk for 10 laps to retrain my foot how to walk properly after an old injury, but yes! I was at 40 laps, but it wasn’t feeling like work, so I increased to 4 x 12 instead of 4 x 10 and I’m tired at the end now. 😜
