The Magellan spacecraft being prepped. Provided the data that led to my dissertation. Cassini spacecraft at Saturn (artist's conception). I spent a very good decade working on ISS for Cassini. The USS Enterprise NCC-1701, from the original Star Trek series, one of my first science fiction loves. E.E. "Doc" Smith's Dauntless, from the Lensman series, probably my longest-lasting science fiction love, for better or worse.

I'm fine...eventually. Odds are pretty good my kidnapper will end up confessing to the crime and maybe other crimes as well.
