It seems like the gameplan was to be aggressive early against Snell and Yamamoto? I understand the dodgers have four #1 SPs but shouldn’t we work counts like we have all year in hops to get to the pen?

Kim has played the last 4 seasons with the Padres at a 4.6 War/season per Baseball Reference. There should be plenty of data available. I wonder if there was a mixup in who the question was about?
