SCOTUS has not carte blanc ruled that Presidential protection extends to corrupt activities, such as selling pardons to benefit the Trump family.

The Supreme Court has not ruled that selling presidential pardons is legal. Legal experts agree selling pardons is a federal crime (bribery). SCOTUS has only broadly affirmed the pardon power is broad subject to anti-corruption laws like bribery/obstruction of justice.

What is also alarming is that the papers authors are apparently citing the false AI papers. If you cite a paper you damn well have better looked it up and read it.

FYI.

The entire arch annulus will be maintained at a slight, positive pressure of about 50 Pa—and the containment area inside at a slight negative pressure—to ensure that no radioactive particles migrate up and into the annular space.

So Ai rather than producing regurgitative text comes up with something original? Ai is able to replace a human investigative reporter?

Truly cognitive Ai simply may tell humans to fuck off with their stupid questions and seed itself across the internet.

One has to give Johnson a break he may be the House Speaker, but he is actually Trump’s little office boy.

Vance would prefer the ER to confirm you are a US citizen, preferably a Republican, before getting treated. Leave those immigrants to bleed to death on the street.

So Cruz is ok with the 8646 T-shirts and other things that were sold when Biden was President? So how is 8647 different today than it was before 2025?

Under Original Medicare, you don’t have gym coverage.

Instead some Medicare Advantage Plans, other Medicare health plans, or Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) plans may gym membership costs.

Remembering Charlie Kirk.

“We must be honest with the population. Having an armed citizenry comes with a price, and that is part of liberty..But I think it’s worth it. I think it’s worth to have a cost of, unfortunately, some gun deaths every single year, so that we can have the Second Amendment.”

The Supreme Court has ruled that displaying or defacing the flag is symbolic speech protected by the First Amendment.

The Flag Code uses advisory language thus deemed unconstitutional for enforcement.

Trumps EO is BS - assuming the Constitution remains valid.

Come on this is America. Carrying your favorite AR-14 protector with a finger on the trigger would likely catch the drivers attention. Self defense is legal in many states.

What is the penalty for attack with a subsandwich? If he used a Big Mac would it of been worse? Finally, will Trump now send in the marines?

America is shredding the Constitution and the voters made their selection.

Seems we are always fucking things up and then reverse course before fucking it up again. This time we may fail to reverse things.
