Oh look yet another, and they swear, really for reals now, they swear they aren't a marketer. Their email just has a bunch of weird pauses and overly flowery language that all of these emails just happen to use.

This is the latest scam. Emails that regurgitate Goodreads reviews in the most glowing, absurd, obv AI way to make it seem like the emailer has read your book.
This is then followed with "I'm part of <random book club> and would you like to chat about paying for a feature for our club?"
