I think it is intellectually elite. In spite of the wealth, they don’t seem to have a brain trust in the group; therefore they cast that term on us as a dispersion🙄😬? Just a thought.

Every state is so different. In some as stated to me is for NH need reckless disregard or gross negligence.Had rare cases I thought fit but the charging DA disagreed. I don’t usually get involved in that. Don’t like when the medical people get into what their intent was in cases like this either.

Oh I agree. I don’t think anyone will change their mind bc of the questions they have to agree upon.
