Just wanted to say, service has improved the last couple of days, thank you!!!

Thank you, I thought the service time was every 20 mins during rush hour, but that isn't the case Mon and Tuesday 2 back to back buses pulled up and was done for the day, during evening rush hour...

It's the D36, been having issues all week trying to get home.

Any update on fixing this? Just saw a bus pull off and wouldn't let me on, went to the next stop and didn't even show up

Fyi, one Bus seems like it left early and the next two buses pulled up and went out of service during rush hour. Next bus is 40 mins away, this is not a good start...

Thank you for responding, a group of us waited over an hour yesterday because buses went out of service and we were told to got to 13th and I. I ended taking a different route and walked home. But drivers said Bus Bay A was the last stop only and we had no clue where to wait.
