Authors I love: Stephen King, JD Barker, Stephen Graham Jones, Don Winslow, Rachel Maddow, Peter Straub, Eric Larson. The Indian Lake trilogy by SGJ is fantastic. JD Barker’s 4MK series is fantastic. Read everything Stephen King has written. Always looking for author/book recommendations.

Good morning! Bought furniture this weekend. Saleswoman was super nice, low pressure, pleasure to deal with. Got to chatting, and she has 3-year old twins, is a divorced single mom, etc. She is also gay, and I hate that knowing that hit me really hard. How many wonderful gay people are worried now?

So…struggling to understand some of the voting anomalies. Don’t want to get caught up in conspiracy theories, but doesn’t some of what we’re seeing with the down ballot results seem odd?
