Something that’s very clear is that Trump is old and checked out. He wants to play the role of president but has zero interest in doing the job and is happy to outsource the real work to Musk, Vought and a crew of feral zealots.

This bit with Oklahoma Senator Mullin is very cringe. He winks at allegations of Hegseth sexual abuse, saying he too was not in prison because "my wife loved me too" & that his "lord and savior forgave me." Then he asks Hegseth to say something nice about his wife & prompts him to remember the kids.
